Algunos jugadores no disfrutaron de la experiencia de jugar Super Smash Bros Brawl usando solo el Wiimote, y aunque había otras opciones de control no todos quedaron satisfechos con las mismas. Para evitar que ese problema se repita la empresa PDP, ha anunciado el lanzamiento de un nuevo control inspirado en el de Gamecube que estaría disponible cerca del lanzamiento del nuevo juego de Smash para Wii U llamado Wired Fight Pad.

Este control funcionaría como un accesorio al Wiimote, de manera similar a control clásico de Wii, pero con una ubicación diferente de los botones, un poco más parecido al del Gamecube. Aunque aún NO hay imágenes del mismo, se puede esperar un diseño interesante como el usado en el Versus Pad lanzado previamente por la misma empresa y que se ve en la portada de esta nota. El precio del nuevo control estaría en 24.99 dólares.

The Wired Fight Pad is licensed by Nintendo and designed for use with the Wii and Wii U consoles. The Wired Fight Pad plugs directly into the Wii Remote External Extension Connector. Players can use it for Wii and Wii U games that support the Classic Controller, the Classic Controller Pro, as well as some of Nintendo’s Virtual Console games.

The Wired Fight Pad will feature fan-favorite Nintendo characters such as Mario, Yoshi, and Princess Peach with a shape inspired by the original Nintendo GameCube Controller.

The Wired Fight Pad will be available at game launch at your local video game retailer this holiday season for an estimated SRP of $24.99.
