Pese a que desde Nintendo se dijo que no tenían la intención de relanzar sus juegos bajo una serie económica al estilo de los antiguos Player’s Choice, la compañía de Kyoto ha presentado a través de su web , una nueva iniciativa llamada Everyone's Recommendation Selection (Minna no Osusume Selection) con una recopilación de juegos third party.

Esta nueva línea económica se desmarca de la creada por los Player’s Choice u otras series económicas de otras compañías por una peculiaridad, los siete títulos que forman parte de la Everyone's Recommendation Selection han sido escogidos entre aquellos juegos que obtuvieron una medalla de bronce, plata, oro o platino en el Everyone's Nintendo Channel de Wii.

Actualmente, son 75 los juegos que han tenido más de un millón de votos por parte de los usuarios japoneses y en base a sus recomendaciones, siete serán los juegos que estarán disponibles bajo esta nuevo sello y serán:

Por medio de comunicado oficial se anuncia el nuevo DLC para Guitar Hero.

Today, a new Vampire Weekend three-song track pack is available for Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero. The popular band returns to the Guitar Hero franchise with the Vampire Weekend Track Pack featuring two songs — “Cousins” and “Holiday” — from their brand-new album Contra as well as “The Kids Don’t Stand a Chance” from their 2008 self-titled debut album Vampire Weekend.

The Vampire Weekend Track Pack is now available via Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 440 Microsoft Points, from the PlayStation Store for $5.49 and the Wii Shop Channel for 550 Wii Points. Cambridge, Mass. – Jan. 8, 2009 – Harmonix and MTV Games today announced that a five pack of songs from Alice In Chains will be added next week to the Rock Band Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation® 3 computer entertainment system and Wii™.

Alice In Chains is among the more than 390 bands currently available through the Rock Band platform. With more than 1,000 songs available, Rock Band is, without question, the industry leader in providing the best selection of interactive musical content, songs and artists.

Alice In Chains formed in Seattle in 1987 and has since released four studio albums and sold more than 17 million albums worldwide. - Iwata quiere que la nueva portátil tenga salida de imagen en alta resolución y sensor de movimiento.
- Aún no se va a discutir ningún tipo de dato sobre la fecha de salida de la futura portátil.

- NDS tuvo su nivel más alto de ventas en América del Norte en 2009.
- Iwata quiere ampliar su colaboración con McDonald’s y llevar el sistema a otras tiendas.

The game will be available for download on Monday, January 11, 2010 and will cost 1,000 Wii Points. Nintendo ha anunciado hoy la proclamación de su portátil NDS como la consola mejor vendida en Europa, al llegar a los 40 millones de unidades en nuestro territorio. NDS ha alcanzado este logro después de 5 años en el mercado europeo, donde se lanzó el 11 de marzo de 2005. Por su parte, la consola de sobremesa Wii ha llegado a los 20 millones de después de ser lanzada en marzo diciembre de 2006.

Según Nintendo casi la mitad de los compradores de Wii europeos, 9'6 millones, son propietarios de Wii Fit o Wii Fit Plus. Además se han vendido en nuestro continente más de 5 millones de copias de Wii Sports Resort desde julio del 2009 y, desde noviembre, 2'5 millones del New Super Mario Bros.

Ademas Nintendo ha anunciado tambien que su nuevo exito New Super Mario Bros Wii ha alcanzado la nada menospreciable suma de 2.5 millones de unidades vendidas en Europa, ubicandolo 3° en las listas de ventas del viejo continente.

Como hizo con The Conduit, High Voltage Software está desarrollando su próximo juego de acción en primera persona para Wii, The Grinder, escuchando a los usuarios que quieren hacer aportaciones.

En la página web de mayor seguimiento del juego se realizan propuestas constantes que son revisadas por el equipo de programación, y la última versión del juego construida incorpora dos de las más demandadas: la inclusión de una ballesta entre el armamento y la facultad para que los coches puedan explotar.

Hace algun tiempo Konami anuncio este titulo y con este aparecieron las primeras capturas que dejaban mucho que desear; pero el dia de hoy han aparecido nuevas capturas y en verdad que Konami le esta metiendo mucho esfuerzo a este juego, y aun mas despues de ver lo que lograron con Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.

Y por fin se termino el 2009, para muchos fue un buen año, para otros fue un año para olvidar, y para nosotros los afortunados poseedores de una Wii fue un maginifico año, recibimos titulos de todas las clases, desde casuales como el multiaclamado New Super Mario Bros Wii hasta Hardcore como House of the Dead: Overkill, MadWorld, The Conduit o el polemico Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Reflex Edition, tambien pudimos enterarnos de los grandes proyectos que se vienen para este 2010 que comienza, No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle, Metroid: Other M, Zelda Wii, Zangeki no REGINLEIV, y muchos mas.

Definitivamente 2009 fue un gran año para nosotros los seguidores de Nintendo, y el 2010 se ve muchisimo mejor, solo es cuestion de tiempo y veremos como terminan estas joyas en desarrollo.
